The Spirit

I attended a group meditation session last week. Within the session, I felt a profound connection to my soul, the spirit. I seek to reverse my negative way of thinking and this is a way forward.

“When we have positive thoughts there is a biological change in the body as we release endorphins which makes us feel better.”

This is one meditation commentary that is part of the Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Meditation technique. Mm, so peaceful.
